It’s not long now until Grinding Gear Games launch the open beta for Path of Exile and it’s all go at the studio prior to the big launch.
To get all players ready for what’s about to happen, they have posted an lengthy explanation on how current players are going to be effected as they are moved in the new default or hardcore leagues. Also worth noting that this will be the final character wipe ever for the game and that players should expect queues when once the open beta goes live. ()
It’s nice to see that GGG are being realistic and forewarning players of possible connection issues, it makes a nice change for once. See the full update for further details.
GGG has also released the patch notes which will go live with the open beta to highlight the changes coming to the game, a must-read for current players. It all lists new content and content changes if you are interested noting what is new.
