Petition for PC Dark Souls passes 60,000 names

Ok, yes, internet petitions haven’t had the greatest track record in achieving their aims, but a plea for Namco to release uncompromising third-person melee-fest Dark Souls has surpassed a rather impressive 60,000. If nothing else, this shows that the desire for a PC version of the game is (perhaps) high enough for the publisher to take a gamble on it.
It shouldn’t be too much of a shock to find this level of interest in a PC port of a title for which the term “critically acclaimed” is actually an understatement. Dark Souls nabbed a 10/10 score here at IncGamers, and was also revealed to be our Game of the Year.
The petition link is here. I’ve just signed it. Will you?
