Planetary Annihilation gets first blog update with shots

Uber Entertainment who raised $2,229,344 in funds on Kickstarter for their RTS Planetary Annihilation hit the official website with their first development blog update detailing their progress.

Right now the team are putting together something that is actually playable by bringing together the UI, client/server architecture and other systems as they move towards an alpha build of the game.

The update also come with some shots of the units on the ground, even though they are in basic form, while they carry on creating the art, music and AI.

Let’s hope that this spiritual successor to Total Annihilation doesn’t disappoint, the original was such as classic, even if it did bring your PC to a grinding halt.

If you are wanting to find out more, there is also a  Livestream  this Friday at 1PM (1300) Pacific Standard Time (UTC – 8) on
