Poach the best talent with Fifa 12’s Expedition Mode [Video]

The stand-alone release of UEFA Euro 2012 DLC for Fifa 12 won’t just bring you the usual assortment of Euro-hopefuls and a replication of the tournament itself. You’ll also be able to take part in ‘Expedition Mode’, which is essentially a magical mystery tour across Europe with player-based rewards for beating the nation you happen to be parked in.
As the trailer below handily explains, you start with a favourite player (or virtual) pro and then set about beating Europe’s best and brightest (or England, if you want an easy start). Each time you beat a nation, you get a new chap for your fantasy squad. The first victory nets you a reserve player, then a sub, and finally after three successes you’ll get a first-team squad member.
The UEFA Euro 2012 DLC will be available in June for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game.
