Prototype 2 tops UK chart, Fifa Street down to second

In an incredbily slow release week, Activision’s Prototype 2 has launched in number one in the UK software chart. However, week one sales are lower than the first Prototype.
Data from Chart-Track shows that 63 per cent of Prototype 2 came on 360, with 37 per cent on PS3.
The 360 edition of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, last weeks number one, has fallen five places to number six. Fifa Street continues to perform incredibly well, holding onto second spot. Other EA games Fifa 12 and Mass Effect 3 and also going strong in third and fourth, respectively.
With Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 and Battlefield 3 also in the top 10, that makes half of this week’s chart made up of EA titles.
UK software chart (data provided by Chart-Track):
1. Prototype 2 (Activision)
2. Fifa Street (EA)
3. Fifa 12 (EA)
4. Mass Effect 3 (EA)
5. Kinect Star Wars (Microsoft)
6. The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings – Enhanced Edition (Namco Bandai)
7. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13 (EA)
8. Battlefield 3 (EA)
9. Mario and Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games (Sega)
10. Saints Row: The Third (THQ)
