Activision has confirmed its open world action thriller Prototype will ship to Europe on 5 June and the US on 9 June. The sandbox thriller – developed by Radical Entertainment – follows the story of Alex Mercer, a man with no memory and some pretty handy shape-shifting abilities.Mercer aims to uncover the cause of his superhuman abilities as he finds himself in a contemporary New York City, caught up in a war between military types BlackWatch and a viral outbreak, the Infected.The game will be released on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
