Rage: A successful return for legendary studio

We review Rage. We like Rage.
When a game arrives with “From the creators of Doom and Quake” emblazened across its cover expectations are understandably high (at least for those of us old enough to remember those franchises in their heyday).
The expectation is always going to be high for an id Software game. Well, it’s a good thing that Rage doesn’t disappoint then isn’t it!?
Our review of the game describes it as “A successful return for a studio with genuine ‘legend’ status, Rage wraps great core gameplay in a myriad of generally skilfully designed peripheral elements.”
If you’re still as yet undecided on whether to pick yourself up a copy of Rage, check out our full review for an in-depth breakdown and final score.
