Rappelz To Hit Syrian Retail

DigitalNet, the leading software and hardware retailer chain in Syria, has agreed a deal with Game Power 7 to sell Rappelz Arabic in Syria.Syrian gamers will be able to purchase the Middle East and North Africa’s first Arabic MMO via game payment cards and game packages available in DigitalNet stores across the country.

This will be the first localised version of any MMO in the Arabic speaking world, and in a country where pirated software rules, it will be a test to see if players will pay for games and game content.

In an interview with IncGamers, Fadi Mujahid, founder of Game Power 7, told us why Rappelz would be a success.
