New Customizable And Redesigned Fortnite Nfl Skins Arrive In November

In 2018, the NFL teamed up with Epic Games to offer players more variations for their Fortnite skins and characters in a partnership that crossed different fandoms. While that move solidified the battle royale’s status as the big thing everyone should look out for, things were not as rosy this past October. Following the controversy over the Washington Football Team name, refunds for Fortnite NFL skins were given out with no questions asked.

This was due to the inappropriate phrasing of the team’s former name. However, it is not all bad news. In a new announcement, both the NFL and Epic Games revealed that newly redesigned and customizable skins will arrive in Fortnite.

The Gridiron Gang will make its comeback with a new look this coming November 25. While details are still not complete, we did get an early look thanks to Fortnite leaker iFireMonkey. A glance at the new Fortnite NFL skins suggests a sleeker design, more in line with the game’s current aesthetics.

Starting in November, players can choose from 32 new skins. Every team will be represented in the item shop. With two styles to choose from, it is likely you can choose between the home and away variations of the skins.

In addition, Epic will add a Logo-a-go-go back bling customization item. This back bling will let you show off any team logo on your backside should you choose to. This will make for some crazy combinations, that is for sure. The new Fortnite NFL skins will come with customizable numbers as well. Your helmet can also be enhanced with a reflective visor.
