Retailer Breaks Cataclysm Sales Embargo

Despite having a sales embargo until tomorrow, a number of GameStop stores have broken an international agreement and began selling World of Warcraft: Cataclysm before its official launch.
The stores, based in Sweden, have seen a number of gamers getting their hands on the Blizzard expansion earlier than expected.
According to a report by GI, GameStop staff confirmed the news, blaming the breach of the embargo by rival chain Rocks as the reason for its decision.
However, the stores in question have since stopped selling the game and promised to stick to the official midnight launch.
Unfortunately, for the gamers who have managed to get the title early they will still not be able to play it until Blizzard switches it on from midnight.
In the UK, GAME in Leicester Square will begin the official launch of the game with proceedings starting at 10pm.
