Will you take control of the Imperialist ‘Whites’ and wrest power from the Bolshevik revolutionaries, thereby preventing the Stalinist atrocities of the next decades? Or will you fill Trotsky’s shoes and organise the Red Army into a fearsome fighting force to defend the new regime (complete with armoured trains)? Either way, the Russian people are likely to suffer the horrors of civil war.
