Rockstar confirm Max Payne 3 release date

Get ready to feel the Payne next March.
If you’ve been waiting for Max Payne 3 then you’ll be pleased to know that Rockstar plan on releasing the game some time in March 2012. No specific date yet, but it was confirmed that Europe and North America will both be seeing the game that month.
Max Payne 3 follows on from where Remedy’s previous game left off as Max continues to struggle with his past. This sequel is a collaborative effort between Rockstar’s development teams. You can expect the Rockstar polish, a new multiplayer mode and sophisticated Bullet-Time mechanics that made the first game so popular.
“Max Payne 3 gave us an amazing creative opportunity to evolve one of our most iconic characters,” said Sam Houser, founder of Rockstar Games. “We’re excited to show fans a modern version of Max that pulls them back into his dark and twisted story.”
Watch out for a final release date in the coming months.
