Following news from the NPD that the games’ combined sales have reached over 150 million units worldwide, the publisher announced a new promotion today. With it, players of both games can earn some big rewards for a limited time.

What’s in store for GTA V and RDR2 fans

Both of these games’ online communities have some bonuses that players can pick up, starting right now.

Over in Grand Theft Auto Online, players can get a GTA$2,000,000 bonus beginning on January 30. Those who play between then and February 5 can get one million of that bonus, with the rest to follow for those that jump in between February 6 – 12. No matter what you do in the game, you’re a millionaire.

As for Red Dead Online players, Rockstar detailed the following giveaways:

  • From now through February 3, players that join the game will get a Free Schofield Revolver, a Free Varmint Rifle, and a Devastating Ammo Bundle. This includes 100x Split Point Revolver Ammo, 100x High Velocity Pistol Ammo, 100x Express Repeater Ammo, 100x Slug Shotgun Ammo, and 20x Explosive Rifle Ammo.
  • There’s also the Bounty Hunter’s Kit, which is available between February 4 and February 10. With this, you’ll get a free Bounty Hunter license, along with 25x Bolas and 25x Tracking Arrows.

But Rockstar isn’t done with either game yet. It promised huge updates for both games in 2020. These include an “open wheel racing series” with “new vehicle types” for GTA Online, along with a “few surprises.”

As for Red Dead Online, it will continue to grow with more Frontier Pursuits, including “additional roles” and “new missions.”

Congrats to Rockstar on the feat! Gamers can jump into both games right now on PC.
