The upcoming sci-fi stealth title from indie studio Pulsetense Games will be released on Thursday 30 April through Steam. After months of beta testing, the development team has decided the time is right to lock down the date.

“We have had fantastic feedback from testers over the past couple of months. Our main goal before announcing a release date was to make sure we’d taken all the excellent feedback onboard and addressed any issues before deciding on a final release date”, said Solarix Producer Mark Gregory. “We’re really excited to get Solarix into the hands of gamers, especially fans of the stealth genre, and we hope they’ll be pleased with what we’ve created”.

A lengthy development update blog has also been posted on the official website which outlines the changes Pulsetense has made to the game in the past couple of months based on feedback during the testing phase. The blog explains the thinking behind some of the changes such as tweaked AI, improved tutorials, missions maps, framerates and more.

Finally, this release date announcement also brings new media in the form of a new trailer and batch of new shots.
