If you’re planning to purchase Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 when its released for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC this coming August, you’ll probably want to know about these two special retail versions that have popped up in our news-sights.
The game will be available in both ‘Collectors’ and ‘Limited’ edition form, complete with the usual selection of extras (for anyone playing ‘collectors edition bingo’ at home, get ready to check off the art book).
‘Collectors’ comes in steelbook packaging, with a history of sniping tome, an art book (yay!), an official soundtrack CD, the ‘DSR-1’ and ‘Vintorez’ sniper rifles for use in multiplayer and four exclusive multiplayer characters (as shown in the picture, below). All of that will cost you £45.00 GBP.
‘Limited’ is a bit more, well, limited. It contains the Vintorez rifle and a chap named Anderson to use in multiplayer. That’ll set you back £35.00 GBP instead.
Take a look at a spread from both editions, below.
