Sabotage the Nuclear Missiles and Acquire the Manifest
There are three nukes in the port area northeast of your location. You can reach it by following the sloping path. There’s a jeep in the middle of the road in front of the entrance leading to that zone.
The nukes go boom
All of the nukes are marked on your map. The first one is inside a warehouse that’s part of a building complex.
You’ll need to enter the building first, then reach the adjoining room to find a switch. This will open the warehouse’s doors.
Note: You’re told that you need C4 charges to destroy the nukes. Apparently, Raven just automatically plants EMP charges instead.
The other two nukes are in the central area and the warehouse at the back (close to the lighthouse).
For the warehouse that’s further back, you’ll need to climb on top of the boxes behind it to reach an opening.
After this, follow the dirt path that leads south-southeast to reach the train depot. This is where we need to find the manifest.
Note: There’s a nearby clearing along the way that was the spawn point of a bounty target (Ghazi Talib).
Looking for the manifest
Once you reach the train depot, take a look down below to see an opening near the fuel tanks. Don’t go through the right-hand path since that’s a minefield.
What you’re looking for is a keycard that can be obtained in a small building at the northeast corner of the area (relative to the world map). The keycard is next to a laptop.
After grabbing the keycard, head to the second floor of the main/largest building in the train depot. Access the door panel and take the manifest.
Once you’re done, your best bet is to exit via the eastern section of the depot. That will lead you to Rashida Qalat (Bibi Rashida’s Fortress).
