Sniper: Ghost Warrior To Receive A Sequel

City Interactive’s Michal Sroczynski has confirmed that Sniper: Ghost Warrior will be getting a sequel.
The news comes from Eurogamer’s Swedish arm, who have conducted an interview with Sroczynski. After running the news piece through a handy translate-o-tron, you can see that the sequel will use Crytek’s Cry Engine 3 and will be appearing on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
No further details are brought up, and we’re not even sure at this point if the game will be called Sniper: Ghost Warrior 2 or something else entirely.
Interestingly, there’s also mention of a PS3 version of the first game – to be issued in February. According to the developer, this release will be free of the problems that plagued the title on PC and 360.
