The PC version of Splinter Cell: Blacklist will not  include the extended waiting period PC gamers usually have to put up with, which can often mean waiting an extra couple of months. Ubisoft confirmed the news today.

Destructoid writes:

“Despite already suffering a delay to August, Ubisoft has promised that the PC version of Splinter Cell: Blacklist won’t be suffering from the publisher’s poor track record in same-day console/PC releases.”

“Speaking to Rock, Paper, Shotgun, Ubisoft says that Splinter Cell: Blacklist is still on track for an August 20 release on PC, the same day as the console version.”
