It’s official. Double Fine’s Stacking is coming to PC. When? Soon. No definitive release has been announced.
The new came during Double Fine’s acceptance speech for X-Play’s Downloadable Game of the Year award. Stacking is a puzzle/strategy games featuring Russian dolls (matryoshka). It was the dolls themselves that made the speech, one of them holding a sign that read “Comming soon to PC!”
Double Fine had previously promised to provide more content to the PC market, so it’s nice to see them keeping to their word. When Costume Quest came to PC this past Halloween it included the ‘Grubbins of Ice’ DLC, so it’s not beyond the boundaries of reality that Stacking on PC will come with ‘The Lost Hobo King’ content.
