Star Wars: The Old Republic Beta Sign-Up Errors

Bioware has informed fans that anyone who signed up for the beta test of its upcoming MMO, Star Wars: The Old Republic, using a 64-bit version of Windows or Internet Explorer may have inadvertently failed the application due to an error with the system scanning software.“When using Internet Explorer 64-bit, the system scanning program will either fail, or it will appear to have completed properly and submit your data, but it will actually fail to scan your system or submit your specifications to BioWare.”Applicants are being encouraged to use the 32-bit version of IE, or to switch to another supported browser to get around the issue for now. Check out the announcement for more info.
