Your currency not represented on Steam? Eleven new ones are are being added.
One of the problems with Steam for some gamer has been the inability to use their own currency for purchases. Valve are catching up slowly but surely and eleven new currencies are available to gamers on Steam.
The new additions include Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand. That’s not all though because in the coming weeks Valve are adding Canada, Mexico, Korea, Turkey, and Norway.
Really surprised that Canada has not been on the list until now. In total Steam now supports sixteen global currencies, and if Scotland votes “Yes” on Thursday, they may have to add another which we are hoping will be called either the “Boabie”, “Jimmy”, or Kevin Bridges’ suggestion of “Smackeroonies”.
