Steam pre-order of Dead Island nets you a bloodbath

Dead Island has laid down some pre-order DLC bait in the form of a bonus weapon and ‘Bloodbath Arena’ if you buy it through Steam.
The latter is a multi-arena survival challenge kind of thing, with four different levels featuring endless waves of zombies. It can be played in single, co-op or multiplayer modes. Any experience points and items claimed in the Bloodbath Arena can be brought over to the main story campaign.
Meanwhile, the bonus weapon (pictured up there) is a bodged combo of baseball bat and buzzsaw, charmingly named ‘Ripper’.
