Steam Top Sellers week ending 6 August

There are a few changes in August’s first Steam Top Sellers results but there’s still no change at the top with PlayerUnkown’s Battlegrounds dominating. The game has now sold more than six million and now holds the record for the most concurrent players for a non-Valve game on Steam.

Moving on down the chart, Dark and Light moved up one place from last week and is now in second spot and there are also a few new entries this week. Car Mechanic Simulator comes at four and the top-down soldier sim Foxhole, or the get run over by your teammates sim as I like to call it, sits in fifth. Total War: Warhammer 2 pre-orders are still going strong as it moved back into the top ten and Citadel: Forged with Fire props up the chart in tenth place slipping from last week‘s fourth spot.
