Steam VR category added to listings

Steam vr

There won’t be that many gamers with an Oculus Rift or a VR device of any sort but Valve are keen to show which games support VR on Steam with a new category.

The VR category  doesn’t have that many games listed right now but it’s a decent start considering it’s not exactly a massive requirement at the moment. Games such as Strike Suit Zero, Team Fortress 2, Slender: The Arrival, Surgeon Simulator 2013, and more are all listed.

These games lists features titles with native Oculus support, but as this is a new category, there will be more titles that can use VR that have simply not been flagged. It will be interesting to see how this category fleshes out in the next few months. We’ll be pointing Tim in the direction of this new page although I’m not sure he’ll be too keen on playing Slender.

Thanks RoadtoVR.
