Modest System Requirements Allow Everyone To Be An Evil Genius 2 (1)

It’s only about a month before we’re finally able to hatch plans of world domination. Rebellion’s Evil Genius 2 is creeping ever closer with its March release date. Following a recent gameplay trailer that pulled back the curtains on the evil schemes we can enact, we now know the system requirements for Evil Genius 2. Great news, for it is not exactly very demanding for a villainous game.

What has been shown about the game thus far has made me really excited. While the minutiae of the numbers are not exactly there, the general pointers should give you a good idea of what is needed. If you are interested to give it a shot, here is what you will need to run the game.

For the minimum system requirements, Evil Genius 2 requires Windows 10, an Intel Core i3-8100 CPU, 8 GB of RAM, as well as a GeForce GT 1030 2 GB or Radeon RX 550 2 GB GPU. If you are looking to be the most smooth and good-looking villain, however, the recommended specs are as follows.

You will need Windows 10 and an Intel Core i7-4770K or AMD Ryzen 5 1600 CPU. Your GPU should be either the GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6 GB or Radeon RX 5700 8 GB. 8 GB of RAM will suffice.

Perfect plan

Seeing that Evil Genius 2 is not going for photo-realism, the base specs are quite accessible for everyone. Most budget PCs will be able to run the game decently. Even the recommended system requirements for Evil Genius 2 is not exactly a high bar to reach.

Who knew that being an evil mastermind required such modest requirements? It certainly bodes well for those of us looking to reshape the world in our image. Evil Genius 2: World Domination will arrive on Steam this coming March 30. Just make sure that your system requirements are up to snuff by then.
