It has been announced that Infamous: Second Son will be receiving a patch that will add some new content and options, some of which were requested by players.
The patch will allow players to switch to either day or night once they’ve completed the game and will allow you to turn the HUD off in order to further immerse yourself in the game and will also cap the frame-rate to 30 FPS.

Last week inFAMOUS: Second Son was released exclusively on the PS4 and so far it has had great reviews. Ever since its debut on the PS3 back in 2009, the franchise has become a household name amongst gamers, as has its developer Sucker Punch.
Whilst speaking to OPM, Second Son director Nate Fox said he felt no shame in Sucker Punch being mainly known for inFAMOUS saying: “That’s a good curse to be saddled with. inFamous is a really broad concept – an everyday person gets powers and decides if they want to use them for good or evil. That could be anybody of any age, any gender, any time, any country. It’s as wide open as superhero fiction.”

Did you know that one of the cool features of the new PlayStation Gold Wireless Headset is the ability to change the faceplate that goes over your head from earphone to earphone? So far custom plates are pretty rare but it seems a few have been popping up lately, including an inFAMOUS one.
A DualShockers reader discovered the inFAMOUS plate on Amazon and it’s available now. The description are a bit vague and you’d be forgiven for assuming these are plates you put on your PS4 but no, they’re only for the headset.

The release of the PlayStation 4 exclusive, inFAMOUS: Second Son, has boosted sales of the PlayStation 4 by 106% in the UK, compared to sales the week before.
The Xbox One also recently enjoyed a boost in console sales when the Microsoft exclusive Titanfall was released earlier this month. However, the boost in sales the PS4 has had are greater than Microsoft’s although the Xbox One is more expensive than the PS4 and we don’t have exact figures yet so the two consoles might well be more or less equal. The war rages on (which is great for us gamers).

inFAMOUS: Second Son was released last week on the PS4 and as predicted it has been a huge success. Many players have been talking about all the awesome things you can see and do in the game but one player has found one particular feature that is really quite cool.
A user on Reddit discovered that when your DualShock 4 controller runs out of battery, Delsin will run away from combat and find himself some cover.
