Team Ninja to announce a new game at Tokyo Game Show

The Tokyo Game Show officially kicks off on 20 September (though Sony will be holding their press conference for the event in around nine hours or so), and Team Ninja appears to be gearing up to announce a new title. We know this thanks to a twitter post from the developer and the abilities of Google’s semi-reliable language translational tools.

When fed through the translator, that post comes out as: “Another connection with the Tokyo Game Show. I unveiled the “DEAD OR ALIVE 5” at the Tokyo Game Show last year. I think in addition to the Tokyo Game Show this year as well … So, and will announce a new game for the stationary machine.”

Thankfully, those better versed in Japanese translation have confirmed that this does indeed mean a new game reveal.

No further details have been divulged, but there shouldn’t be too long to wait for a full announcement.
