The Bridge is now free on Epic Games Store, Farming Simulator 19 next

Farming or oddball platforming, enjoy them both.
The Bridge free on Epic Games Store

The Epic Games Store is continuing its promise of giving away free games on a weekly basis. The next couple of weeks should be good news for those looking for an indie favorite — or farming. From now through January 30, users can grab The Bridge free of charge. All you need to do is click on the game, check out with it, and then download it once it’s added to your collection.

What is The Bridge?

In this logic puzzle game, you’ll need to challenge your preconceptions of physics and narrative. Over the course of the game, you will manipulate gravity to your will, making your way through what appears to be impossible architecture. The trailer below gives you a good idea of what to expect from The Quantum Astrophysicists Guild’s foray into the oddball.

It definitely looks The Bridge lies on the weird side with its black-and-white art and level design. That said, it also seems quite intriguing. And besides, you can’t really go wrong with the price of free. Those interested can pick it up now through January 30.

After that passes, Farming Simulator 19 will become the next freebie in the Epic Games Store. In this German esports sensation (we’re serious — there is competitive farming), you can transform yourself into a farmer. You will develop your farm across both American and European environments, taking part in various activities and taking care of equipment. In addition, crops need tending to, and you can also ride animals to your heart’s content. Well, maybe not the chickens.

That game will become a freebie starting next Thursday, January 31. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to maintain a farm down to the last detail, this is the game for you. Check out Farming Simulator 19‘s trailer below in the meantime, and prepare those planting skills of yours.
