The Lord of the Rings: War in the North demo hits OnLive

OnLive has announced that a fully-featured demo of The Lord of the Rings: War in the North is available for free from today exclusively on the OnLive Game Service, via a small browser download to almost any PC or Mac, or any HDTV via the OnLive Game System. 
For the next three weeks OnLive gamers have the opportunity to try out the game with all game features enabled, including multiplayer co-op. 
“We all wanted to go to Middle-earth when we read The Lord of the Rings novels and watched the movies. It’s a magical place,” said Steve Perlman, OnLive Founder and CEO. “We’re thrilled OnLive is the first to share that magic with UK gamers with this superbly crafted title, and delighted that UK players can instantly enjoy this title through OnLive on their platform of choice, be it HDTV, PC or Mac.”
The game will be available for purchase through OnLive in the UK on 25 November.
