It seems the highly anticipated PS4 exclusive The Order 1886 will not have any multiplayer features.
During an interview with a German website, Ready at Dawn boss Ru Weerasuriya revealed that the game will only be single player and not feature any multiplayer modes. When asked about the possibility of a PS3 port he said: “We currently work exclusively on the PS4 version, Games are always designed for cross-platforms, But clearly, if there is a possibility to take over the physics system to other platforms, we would use this”.
This might come as a blow to fans who were looking forward to playing with their friends in a steam punk online experience but great games such as Skyrim and Just Cause 2 prove that multiplayer isn’t everything.
The order 1886 is due for release later this year.
