EA has just launched The Sims 4 as part of their Game Time deal which will let you play the game free for 48 hours with no catch. Two days is probably not a long time in the life of The Sims 4 but it will give you an idea of what to expect. It’s worth it just to mess with the character creator to make some hideously ugly Sims. Alternatively, you can read Tim’s review which will tell you everything you need to know about this latest instalment.

Maxis recently launched the first content expansion called Outdoor Retreat where you take the Sims out and about into the wilderness which is probably why this has been added as a freebie now.

To take the game for a spin, head to the Game Time page and follow the instructions.
