THQ has said it believes its forthcoming first-person shooter Homefront will outsell both of its best-selling franchises.
The firm’s executive vice president Danny Bilson was asked if he believed Homefront will do well, replying: “Oh yeah, absolutely. I expect it to sell more than WWE or UFC.”
The firm’s head of games also said he believes a movie or mini-series based on the title would be good.
“I would love to see a mini-series set in the Homefront universe,” Bilson said.
“I think it would be really great to see a film based in this world. It would be really interesting.”
Homefront is scheduled to launch March 11 on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
