CA are being quite thorough with these, they have offered up three lots of specs which should cover all bases. They have also highlighted some new features which include improved Screen Space Ambient Occlusion (SSAO), a new volumetric fog system which thickens the air, producing god-ray effects, a new sharpening filter, and “impressive” wet-look surfaces which are appropriate to certain models and model features.

As well as these system specs, CA also released a list of Total War: Warhammer 2 presets which gives an idea of what you may or may not be able to achieve.
