Eltharion the Grim is the Warden of Tor Yvresse, and Grom the Paunch’s arch-nemesis in Total War: Warhammer II‘s The Warden & The Paunch DLC. He’s got some nifty new units to help him out such as the War Lions of Chrace and the Arcane Phoenix, as well as the Athel Tamarha and Warden’s Cage interrogation mechanics.
