Jagex get ready to open the beta floodgates for their MOBA Transformers Universe.

From Friday Jagex is opening it’s beta test for the free to play 3rd-person Transformers MOBA which means it’s simply a case of signing up and jumping in. To coincide with this beta weekend they’re offering double XP and there’s also a live Twitch stream running from 3pm GMT 5th July – 3pm GMT 6th July where there’s $75,000 worth of prizes to be won.

“We’re delighted to be opening our game to the public, a game we believe is worthy to be Jagex’s second massively multiplayer online game!” said Mark Gerhard, Jagex’s CEO & CTO. “Our BETA community have been having enormous fun playing, as have we, often being schooled by them! Everyone has been absolutely fantastic throughout the closed BETA and provided us with great feedback which we continue to implement into the game service through our weekly updates.”

If you love the Transformers then give this a look from tomorrow.
