BioWare has opened up applications for players to take part in the beta test for its highly anticipated MMO, Star Wars: The Old Republic.As we reported earlier, news of this leaked when the announcement accidentally appeared on the SW:TOR site briefly, before being quickly removed.If you want to take part, you will have to create an account on the official site. Players will be selected according to a number of factors including age, system specs and region, however, you must be over 18 to apply.As with many beta tests, the beta will be conducted in phases with a small number of players at first, gradually increasing over time.Check out the official test site to make an account and apply for your account if you don’t have one already.
