Genshin Impact Version 2.6

Venti and Ayato banners and events revealed for Genshin Impact 2.6

A brand new update.

Genshin Impact Version 2.6 will give players plenty of fan-favorite moments, with two highly anticipated banners as well. Version 2.6 of Genshin Impact will feature tons of festivals and events, but we’ll also get the chance to recruit some popular characters. These characters are Venti, the Anemo archon, and Kamisato Ayato, the brother of the popular Kamisato Ayaka.

After Version 2.6 updates on March 30, everyone’s favorite drunk bard, Venti, and the dashingly handsome Kamisato Ayato will be available to summon until April 19. Venti is a 5-star Anemo bow user who is renowned for his top-class crowd control abilities, while Kamisato Ayato is a 5-star Hydro sword user who brings some extra damage. Be sure to save up on Primogems if you want these units.

Eventful update

The launch of the event also brinsg the new Archon Quest, Chapter II: Act IV “Requiem of the Echoing Depths.” You’ll need to be Adventure Rank 30 to complete the quest, and you have to have completed the previous Archon Quest, which introduced Shenhe. We haven’t seen an update about the traveler twins in a while, so this story will hopefully bring some insight into their situation. Kamisato Ayato will also have a story quest, which requires you to be Adventure Rank 40.

From April 1 to April 11,  an event featuring a camera and photo mechanics called “Outside the Canvas, Inside the Lens” will appear. April 7 through April 25 will feature the Irodori Festival, with tons of mini-events occurring throughout. Perhaps the largest part of this update will be the arrival of a brand new area: The Chasm, a large expansion set to arrive in the Liyue region. Genshin Impact Version 2.6 launches on March 30 and bring all of the fun events above, so be sure to wrap up any loose ends from 2.5 before then.
