THQ has revealed that a collector’s edition along with six individual race packs for its upcoming RTS Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II – Retribution, are now available for pre-order.
The pre-order pack comes with access to all of the available bonus wargear for each of the six playable races in the game as well as an exclusive poster, six race art cards and a high-quality collector’s box. All this comes in at £39.99.
The pack has been designed so fans of individual races can get access a specific race’s Wargear items to enhance their single player experience. The Ork Race Pack is exclusive through STEAM and the Tyranid Race Pack exclusive through the THQ.com E-Shop. The Space Marine, Chaos Space Marine, Eldar and newly announced Imperial Guard race packs are available for pre-order through the THQ.com E-Shop, STEAM and other digital download partners.
If you don’t fancy snapping up a special pack on advance the gamers will also have the option of purchasing the specific race packs through STEAM for a nominal fee.
To entice new players THQ are also offering a pre-order of Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II – Complete Collection which includes previous titles such as Dawn of War II, Dawn of War II – Chaos Rising and Dawn of War II – Retribution. This is available for £49.99.
The game will be released in the UK on 4 March.
