The impact of cheaters has been felt across Call of Duty: Warzone since the launch of the battle royale. Recently, Activision outlined some further action against hackers, as well as enacting another ban wave. Despite this, cheaters are still ruining games in both Verdansk and Rebirth Island. Now, a strange bug appears to be allowing players to see enemies through walls. This is not as a result of having any hacks installed, as the bug itself is tied to the Gulag.
The Call of Duty: Warzone player shared a clip on Reddit of the bug in action, allowing them to see through walls. As you can see, the enemy player is outlined in red, making it a pretty easy kill for the player. The user who posted a clip provided an explanation of what happened to cause this bug. They outline that they loaded into the Gulag, and before the match started were awarded the win. Then, when the player loaded back into Verdansk, they could see their opponent across the map. Also, the player mentions that they could see through all the planes in Boneyard area of the map.
Bugs in Warzone seem to be endless
The Gulag has been known to be at the center of some major bugs in Warzone. Included was a bug which caused players to load in with their full loadouts equipped. Without any comment from the developer, it’s unknown what caused this latest bug. Further Warzone fans shared bugs they experiences that made visibility easier. This includes trees not loading in and pings remaining on enemy players.
It is fair to argue that Warzone remains riddled with frustrating bugs and glitches. Most recently, a bug is causing players to freeze when grabbing their loadout, which is obviously problematic. You can track the bugs and glitches that the developers are working on using the official Trello Board.
