If you are wondering about playability, the game discs will play on Western PlayStation 3 consoles.

There are a few steps to take to access some of the content (Strider 1 and 2 from the Japanese PSN) but it’s nothing us gamers can’t handle. In fact, click here.

Being a video game fan and living in the US often leads to jealousy. This envy comes in the form of drooling over releases that only hit the epicenter of gaming known as Japan. It’s a little comforting to know that Capcom is taking great strides to bring non-region locked items elsewhere.

*Note: you have until March 3, 2014 to win. Visit the Capcom_Unity Blog for more details.

Here is the additional content found inside the disc package:

-Japanese version of the new Strider (playable on Western PS3s)
-Download tokens for Strider 1 and 2 “Game Archives” on PSN.*
-Strider Hiryu PS3 custom theme.*
