Wo Long Fallen Dynasty Demo Bridge Battle

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty receives final demo today

Take your sword out for a test run.

Team Ninja’s Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty will arrive on digital store shelves exactly a week from now on March 3. But if you want to give the game a try ahead of that date, Team Ninja has you covered. Just today, the developer released one final free demo of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty for players to jump into. You only have a limited time to play the demo, as Team Ninja will render it unavailable on March 27 at 7:59 AM BST. In the meantime, you can check out the launch trailer that publisher Koei Tecmo uploaded earlier today.

This new demo will let players experience content that the first demo did not include. Specifically, it comes with both ‘Village of Calamity’ and ‘Two Chivalrous Heroes,’ the first two chapters of Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty‘s campaign, in their entirety. Hopefully, these two chapters should allow players to come to grips with the combat mechanics at least to a degree. And of course, the chapters will give players a sneak peek into the game’s narrative, which involves a militia soldier battling demons in Later Han Dynasty China.

You don’t have to go and fight alone, as the demo lets you join forces with other players across the world through online multiplayer. And fortunately, the demo will carry over any progress you made into the main game, so no need to worry about repeating content. Doing so even gives you the Crouching Dragon Helmet cosmetic, although you can still collect this item without playing through the demo.

So if you find Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty interesting and you have a PC that can run it, go ahead and see what the final demo has in store. And if you played Team Ninja’s previous action RPGs like Nioh and enjoyed them, then hopefully, Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty will provide similar thrills.
