Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus listings pulled from Amazon

Amazon listings don’t exactly make the most reliable leaks, but for a short period today Amazon.de had Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus up there. The image was captured and posted on NeoGaf before Amazon pulled the pages.

This has a bit more credibility than the usual leaks of this sort, since a new Wolfenstein title is known to be in development at Machine Games. Further to that, Bethesda’s E3 event in 2016 contained an easter egg reference to a Wolfenstein called The New Colossus. These two pieces of information make it fairly likely that a full sequel is getting announced at Bethesda’s press event tomorrow evening.

There’s not much else given away by the listing, though it does suggest a release date of 27 October. That may be a placeholder. If it is accurate, it puts Wolfenstein 2 on the same day as the recently leaked Assassin’s Creed: Origins release date.
