Blizzard has finally announced the official release date of the sixth World of Warcraft expansion, “Legion”. The new expansion will follow the events of Warlords of Draenor, with Gul’dan unleashing a demonic invasion, which kind of reminds us of the events that took place in “The Burning Crusade”.

Blizzard stated that this invasion will be “unlike any the Horde and the Alliance have ever faced” and players will travel to the new continent known as the Broken Isles, a well-known place for people who are into the lore of Warcraft.

If you pre-order World of Warcraft: Legion, you will be granted with an immediate boost to level 100 for every character you’ve created and you will also unlock access to a new hero class called Demon Hunter.

You can head over to the expansion’s official website in order to get all the details regarding its much anticipated launch on August 30th.
