In a year as hectic and frankly traumatic as 2020, sometimes you just need some good music to soothe the soul. You can have it on while reading a good book, doing your work, and now, even when you are slaying the undead and completing quests in your World of Warcraft: Shadowlands adventures. Blizzard has officially entered the music space, more specifically, into the lo-fi remix genre. That’s right, World of Warcraft: Shadowlands lo-fi beats are now a thing.
Taking four tracks from the upcoming expansion, each has received a makeover of sorts by notable artists in the scene. However, it would not be right to omit some relaxing art from the equally relaxing tones. The artists over at Blizzard have certainly obliged, creating unique art for each of the four songs.
More importantly, they each represent one of the four new zones that will arrive as part of the expansion.
A melody for the senses
The individual tracks are definitely a treat for the ears. The usually orchestral music of the MMORPG feels even more fresh with this latest transformation. Judging from the comments, this branching out is already a big hit with a majority of the audience. With such a positive reception, it would not be a surprise to see a World of Warcraft: Shadowlands lo-fi beats live stream in the near future.
For now, we can just make do with the four-hour compilation of the four tracks.
If you need a breakdown of the World of Warcraft: Shadowlands lo-fi beats, we have you covered. Sans Primus from Maldraxxus gets a treatment from Casiio. As for Aspirants Journey Doubt, Bishop Nehru is the one responsible. Next is Nocturne Melancholy Dream getting a touch from Eevee. Lastly, Decadence Hospitality has been remixed by Josh Carter.
All four videos and the compilation for World of Warcraft: Shadowlands lo-fi beats can be found on the official YouTube channel for the game. Having them on loop ahead of the November 23 launch sure sounds like a great idea.
