WoW: Hallow’s End 2009 Begins

This weekend saw the latest in-game event in World of Warcraft kick off, the spooky and pumpkin-themed Hallow’s End.Like last year, players will notice pumpkins decorating almost every building and many extra tasks to complete. The Hallow’s End meta achievement is also up for grabs, which involves a variety of activities including a visit to every candy bucket in Kalimdor, the Eastern Kingdoms and Outland, and of course the Headless Horseman must be dealt with.A trip to the Graveyard wing of the Scarlet Monastery with four other level 80 buddies will easily see the Horseman’s Head in your back pack, along with a chance to scoop up a selection of other goodies including a ridable magic broom and, if you’re really lucky, his cool undead mount.Read more about the event and all the special items over on our WoW channel.
