Unlocking Orpheus Telos in Persona 3 Reload
To fuse Orpheus Telos in Persona 3 Reload, players must first max out all Social Links in the game. There are a total of 22 Social Links in the game, meaning fusing Orpheus Telos is extremely time-consuming and will require a ton of dedication.
Once you max out all Social Links, speak to Igor at the Velvet Room to obtain the Colorless Mask. The Colorless Mask is a key item that will allow the player to fuse Orpheus Telos in Persona 3 Reload.
After receiving the Colorless Mask from Igor, you can now start the fusing process in the Velvet Room. Remember that Orpheus Telos is considered a “special Persona,” so make sure to select the Special Fusion option. We have laid out all the Personas you must combine below to create Orpheus Telos.

How to max out Social Links in Persona 3 Reload
Completing all Social Links in Persona 3 Reload is a challenging task, especially considering there’s no legitimate way to speed up the process. The only way you can max out Social Links is to continue spending time with each character until you reach Rank 10.
Keep in mind that there are some Social Links that can only be leveled up through story progression — for example, Death and Fool. The former will increase when Pharos visits you in your room before a full moon, while the latter increases through key story beats.
