House Flipper 2 is currently only available for PC, with its console counterparts coming March 21, 2024. The game is officially slated to launch on PS5 and Xbox Series S/X, but many fans wonder if Nintendo’s handheld console will also get the game. Regarding the latter, the current-gen-only release might upset those who haven’t yet upgraded.

Of course, there is some contention that House Flipper 2 isn’t coming to last-gen consoles. However, the game has stellar graphics particularly at high quality, as well as having more in-depth systems. And since the first game came out for the last console generation, developers Frozen District seemingly want to target a more polished and high-quality experience with the sequel.

That being said, the lack of news about a Nintendo Switch release is more of a grey area. Because while the official console trailer doesn’t state a Switch launch, ESRB has a different story. It was found that the game is currently ESRB-rated for PC, PS5, Xbox Series S/X, and Nintendo Switch as well.

This could mean that the game is launching on the Switch at a later date compared to other consoles. Until more news comes to light, players must make do with current-gen Xbox and PlayStation versions when the game releases in March of 2024.
