All Capped Crusader hat locations in Little Kitty, Big City

In Little Kitty, Big City, most hats are rewards from gachapon capsules hidden throughout the game or purchased at machines, though a select few are also earned through quests.

Before you begin your hat search, make sure you own the Map by talking to Duck at the temple. Each of the sections below contains a screenshot of a hat’s location on the map, which you can use to find it in-game with no purr-oblem.

Apple Hat

Walk forward from where you first talked to Crow about exchanging Shinies for Fish. The Apple Hat is on the ground in a small car park next to a white car.

Ladybug Hat

Across from where Crow taught you to climb vines, near the subway fast travel point, crawl in the space next to the green truck. Jump on the blue platform, down onto the ground, and then up the boxes.

Banana Hat

Enter the grocery store and walk into the open room. This leads to an alleyway where the Banana Hat is found. A certain green fruit hiding here will also give Kitty a little fright.

Eggplant Hat

In the alley outside of the house with the paint cans, you’ll find a set of vines near a green goal. Climb it and hug the wall left to find the Eggplant Hat. Make sure to also take the right path here to find an adorable hidden emote.

Crab Hat

The Crab Hat is at the very top of the house with the paint cans from the beginning of the game. Climbing the vines on the outside up to the tomb will take around three paws of energy.

Cactus Hat

The Cactus Hat is located in a hidden section next to the Shrine. Carefully climb the bamboo and jump down, or walk around the shrine and enter through the crawl space behind the robot statue.

Satsuma Hat

Across from the arcade, crawl under the hole in the barrier to find the Satsuma Hat.

Corn Hood

At the live construction site, use the crawl space to enter a small alley with vines and a bone. Pick up the bone and bring it behind the righthand side construction site, then place it in the dog bowl to distract the dog. The Corn Hood is waiting for you at the end of the street behind the munching doggo.

Hard Hat

At the live construction area, walk down the alley to the right and head up the stairs near the dog. Jump onto the scaffolding to find the Hard Hat. Safety first!

Axolotl Hat, Rabbit Hat, Panda Hat, and Shark Hat

Outside the supermarket, there’s a gachapon machine. Exchange ten Shinies for a spin on the machine for a chance to earn the Axolotl Hat, Rabbit Hat, Panda Hat, or Shark Hat.

The hat you receive is random, though you can obtain all four and won’t receive the same hat twice

Onigiri Hat

On the right side of the supermarket, use the crates to climb until you find an open window. Enter the window to find the Onigiri Hat on the bathroom floor. Very hygienic.

Grapes Hat, Tangelo Hat, Pear Hat, and Watermelon Hat

In an alleyway behind the park near the Shrine, you’ll find Crow sitting on a gachapon machine. Talk to them to exchange five Shinies for a spin on the machine, which will reward you with the Grapes Hat, Tangelo Hat, Pear Hat, or Watermelon Hat.

Butterfly Hat

To the right of the supermarket is a small construction area. Crawl underneath the space to find the Butterfly Hat inside. You’ll also find a bone here, which you can give to the dog to unlock a shortcut.

Turtle Hat

Head to the park behind the Temple and walk past the gachapon machine containing the fruit hats. Crawl through the small space to find the Turtle Hat on the ground on the other side.

Traffic Cone Hat, Cowboy Hat, Space Helmet, and Witch Hat

Facing the entrance to the Shrine, head down the street to the left to find a gachapon machine at the end. Exchange five shinies to receive the Traffic Cone Hat, Cowboy Hat, Space Helmet, or Witch Hat at random.

Tiger Hat

From the street with the gachapon machine near the park, climb on the back of the truck and onto the roof above. Climb on top of the air conditioner and continue forward. Wait for the second air conditioner to stop blowing air and continue around the corner. Climb the vines all the way to the right to find the Tiger Hat.

You’ll need all four fish to have enough energy to make the full journey. It’s hungry work!

Sunflower Hat

Repeat the same steps as the section above (the Tiger Hat) until you reach the third air conditioner. Instead of going right, head left and follow the path around, then follow these steps:

• Cross over to the next roof, then up the fan
• Head back onto the other building and make your way up
• At the roof, walk around the balcony with the weights lying around

Once you reach the section with the wooden fence, carefully climb onto the ledge and walk forward to reach the Sunflower Hat on the other side.

Bao Hat

In the backyard with the zen garden (where you first meet Chameleon), climb up the vines all the way to the top of the house. The Bao Hat is on the balcony. You need at least two paws of energy to climb.

Little Devil Hat

In the area where you first learn to pounce on birds, climb the vines up to the air conditioner. Jump across the air conditioners, onto the balcony, and up to the roof. At the top of the roof, jump to the top of the building and go forward to find the Little Devil Hat.

Mushroom Hat

The Mushroom Hat is in the peace garden just before the steps down to the pier.

Ginkgo Hat, Salmon Nigiri Hat, Taiyaki Hat, and Daikon Hat

Next to the fisherman, you’ll find another gachapon machine. Swap five shinies to randomly receive the Ginkgo Hat, Salmon Nigiri Hat, Taiyaki Hat, or Daikon Hat.

Fish Hat

From the pier where the fisherman is fishing, follow the green fencing all the way to the right. Enter the small gap into a small area with the Fish Hat.

Hedgehog Hat, Seal Hat, Frog Hat, and Mouse Hat

Next to the toy store (and Gecku fast travel point), there’s another Gachapon machine. Exchange ten Shinies for the Hedgehog Hat, Seal Hat, Frog Hat, or Mouse Hat.

Duck Hat

The Duck Hat is a reward for returning all of Duck’s children in the Reunite the family quest.

Shiba Hat

The Shiba Hat is a reward for returning the Dog’s balls in the Fetch the Dog’s Balls quest.

Top Hat

The Top Hat is a reward for finding Chameleon for the last time in the Find Chameleon 8: The Return of Chameleon quest.

Personalized Collar

The Personalized Collar is awarded when meeting the game’s end goal of returning home. If you’ve missed any hidden hats, they’ll be permanently marked on your map from now on!
