All events in Monopoly GO

In Monopoly GO, there are so many events that there are at least a couple active at a time. Each will be time-limited, with potentially exclusive rewards, so you’ll have to be committed and ready if you want to claim all the rewards you can.

Competitive events

Tournaments. In a tournament, you will be put into a group of 100 players, and your ranking will determine your reward when the tournament is over. You will have to perform a certain action to gain points that will place you higher in the rankings. Also, there will point milestones that offer additional rewards, simply for taking part.

Partners Event. In a partners event, four more slots will open up on your board, and you will partner up with another player for each attraction to build it together. To build up the attractions, you and your partner will be spinning the wheel at the cost of event-specific currencies. You will gain these currencies by performing specific tasks.

Mega Bank Heist. If a mega bank heist is active, there is a chance that your regular bank heist will be upgraded. The small heist will be replaced by a mega heist that will be many times the amount of the large bank heist.

Personal events

Prize Drop. If a prize drop is active, you will gain the ability to drop tokens in the Plinko machine to gain rewards. You will gain drop tokens through rewards in other events that are active. Two bumpers are in the middle of the machine, if your token hits them a certain number of times, you’ll get the reward listed on it and a new one will replace it. There are milestone rewards for clearing these bumpers.

Milestone Events. In a milestone event, you will simply need to gather points by landing on specific spots on your board. As you gain more points, you will gain more milestones and more rewards.

Rent Frenzy. During a rent frenzy, there will be double the usual number of players on your board for you to collect rent from.

Cash Grab. During a cash grab, there will be a chance of your chance cards being replaced with a cash grab. You will be required to tap on cash notes as they rain down, and you’ll keep the amount you collected.

Free Parking Event. During a free parking event, as you roll around the board, you will pick up free cash and free dice. To claim them, however, you need to land on free parking.

Landmark Rush. During a landmark rush, you will gain additional rewards for fully building an attraction on your board.

Board Rush. During a board rush, you will gain additional rewards for fully completing your board.

Property Wheel Boost. During a property wheel boost, you will get to spin the property wheel twice instead of once every time you trigger one.

Cash Boost. During a cash boost, cash gained from playing is doubled.

Remember, these events will spring up at random and are very time-limited. You can follow Monopoly GO on Facebook if you want to be notified every time a new event is active!
