There are a few different rarity types, the best being Uniques. Each Unique in Diablo 4 has its own special abilities, so let’s go over all the Unique items you can find.

Depending on whether the RNG gods are in your favor, you may end up with some extremely rare items. While you may think Legendary items are the best you can get, there are Unique items that are even better.

Diablo 4: All Unique items and abilities explained

All Uber Unique items and abilities in Diablo 4

First of all, before we get to the Unique items you’ll more likely find, there are also items called Uber Uniques. There are only seven Uber Uniques in the entire game, and you’ll only get the chance to find one like the Grandfather Sword if you’re above level 85. Nevertheless, the only way to get these items is through random loot drops, so good luck!

Andariel’s VisageHelmLucky Hit: Up to a [15-20]% chance to trigger a poison nova that applies [X] Poisoning damage over 5 seconds to enemies in the area.
Ahavarion Spear of LycanderStaffGain a random Shrine effect for [10-20] seconds after killing an Elite enemy. Can only occur once every 30 seconds.
DoombringerSwordLucky Hit: Up to a [15-25]% chance to deal [X] Shadow damage to surrounding enemies and reduce their damage done by 20% for 5 seconds.
Harlequin CrestHelmGain [10-20]% Damage Reduction. In addition, gain +4 Ranks to all Skills.
Melted Heart of SeligAmuletGain +30% Maximum Resource. In addition, when you take damage, drain [3-8] Resource for every 1% of Life you would have lost instead.
Ring of Starless SkiesRingEach consecutive Core Skill cast reduces the Resource cost of your next Core Skill by [8-12]% up to a maximum of 40%.
The GrandfatherTwo-Handed SwordIncreases your Critical Strike Damage by [60-100]%. The other properties of this weapon can roll higher than normal.

All general Unique items and abilities in Diablo 4

Not only can you find class-specific items, but there are seven general Unique items available for any class. Just like all Uniques, they each have an Affix that you cannot find anywhere else in Diablo 4. But no matter which class you pick, you can utilize these Unique items.

Banished Lord’s TalismanAmuletAfter spending 300 Primary Resource, your next Core Skill will Overpower. Also, your Critical Strikes that Overpower deal 80-120% [x] increased damage.
Fists of FateGlovesYour attacks randomly deal 1% to [200-300]% of their normal damage.
FlickerstepBootsEvery enemy you evade through reduces your active Ultimate Cooldown by 2-4 seconds, up to 10 seconds.
FrostburnGlovesLucky Hit: Up to a [15-25]% chance to Freeze enemies for 2 seconds.
Godslayer CrownHelmWhen you Stun, Freeze, or Immobilize an Elite enemy, or damage a Boss, it’ll pull in nearby enemies. You deal 30-60% [x] increased damage for 3 seconds, but this effect can only occur once every 12 seconds.
Mother’s EmbraceRingIf a Core Skill hits 5 or more enemies, [20-40]% of the Resource cost is refunded.
Paingorger’s GauntletsGlovesDamaging enemies with a cast Non-Basic Skill marks them for three seconds. When a Basic Skill first hits a marked enemy, the Basic Skill’s damage is echoed to all marked enemies, dealing 100-200%[x] increased damage.
Penitent GreavesBootsYou leave behind a trail of frost that Chills enemies. You deal [7-10]% more damage to Chilled enemies.
RazorplateChest ArmorGain [80-24,950] Thorns.
SoulbrandChestYour Healing Potion won’t heal you instantly but instead grants a Barrier for 200% of the healing for 4 seconds. Also, while having a Barrier up, you gain 10-20% Damage Reduction.
Tassets of the Dawning SkyPantsWhen you take damage for a Non-Physical damage type, you’ll gain +6-10% Maximum Resistance to that damage type for 6 seconds. This effect only applies to one damage type at a time.
TemerityPantsEffects that Heal you beyond 100% Life grant you a Barrier up to [40-80]? of your Maximum Life that lasts for 8 seconds.
Tibault’s WillPantsYou deal 20-40% [x] increased damage when Unstoppable and for 4 seconds after. While Unstoppable, you gain 50 Primary Resource.
The Butcher’s CleaverAxeLucky HIt: When you Critically Strike an enemy you have up to a 100% chance to Fear and Slow them by [61-75]% for 4 seconds.
X’Fal’s Corroded SignetRingLucky Hit: Your damage over time effects have up to a 50% chance to erupt, dealing 5.0-6.0 damage of the same type to nearby enemies.

All Barbarian Unique items and abilities in Diablo 4

100,000 StepsBootsAfter gaining the final damage bonus from the Walking Arsenal Key Passive, you automatically cast Ground Stomp and gain [32-50] Fury. This cannot happen more than once every 30 seconds.
Ancients’ OathTwo-Handed AxeSteel Grasp launches 2 additional chains. Enemies hit by Steel Grasp are Slowed by [55-65]% for 3 seconds.
AzurewrathSwordLucky Hit: Your Core Skills have up to a 20% chance to Freeze enemies for 3 seconds and deal [30-13,609] Cold damage to them.
Battle TranceAmuletIncrease Frenzy’s maximum stacks by 2. While you have maximum Frenzy, your other Skills gain [10-20]% increased Attack Speed.
Fields of CrimsonTwo-Handed SwordWhile using this weapon, damaging at least one enemy with Rupture creates a blood pool that inflicts [7-3,085] Bleeding damage over 6 seconds. Enemies standing in the pool take 15% increased Bleeding damage.
Gohr’s Devastating GripsGlovesWhirlwind explodes every 2 seconds and after it ends, dealing [16-26]% of the Base damage dealt to surrounding enemies as Fire damage.
HellhammerTwo-Handed MaceUpheaval ignities the ground Burning enemies for an additional [24-7,258] damage over 3 seconds.
OverkillTwo-Handed MaceDeath Blow creates a shockwave, dealing [24-38]% of its Base damage to enemies. Enemies who die to this effect also reset Death Blow’s Cooldown.
Rage of HarrogathChest ArmorLucky Hit: Up to a [20-40]% chance to reduce the Cooldowns of your Non-Ultimate Skills by 1.5 seconds when you inflict Bleeding on Elites.
Ramaladni’s Magnum OpusSwordSkills using this weapon deal [0.1-0.3]% increased damage per point of Fury you have, but you lose 2 Fury every second.
Ring of the RavenousRingRend’s duration is increased by 2.0-4.0 seconds. Damaging enemies with Brawling Skills applies two stacks of Rend’s Bleed. This effect can only occur once every four seconds per enemy.
Tuskhelm of Joritz the MightyHelmWhen you gain Berserking while already Berserk, you’ll have a 40-60% chance to become more enraged, granting 15% (multiplicative damage) [x] increased damage, 2 Fury per second, and 10% Cooldown Reduction.

Dolmen StoneAmuletCasting Boulder when Hurricane is active causes your boulders to rotate around you.
FleshrenderMaceDebilitating Roar and Blood Howl deal [20-9,073] damage to Nearby Poisoned enemies.
Greatstaff of the CroneStaffClaw is now a Storm Skill and also casts Storm Strike at [120-150]% normal damage.
Hunter’s ZenithRingGain a bonus when you kill with a Shapeshifting Skill. Werewolf: Your next Non-Ultimate Werebear Skill costs no Resource and has no Cooldown. Werebear: Your next Werewolf Skill will Heal you for [4-1,815] when damage is first dealt.
Insatiable FuryChest ArmorWerebear form is now your true form, and you gain +3 Ranks to all Werebear Skills.
Mad Wolf’s GleeChest ArmorWerewolf Form is now your true form, and you gain +3 Ranks to all Werewolf Skills.
Storm’s CompanionPantsYour Wolf Companions are infused with the power of the storm, dealing Lightning damage and gaining the Storm Howl ability.
Tempest RoarHelmLucky Hit: Storm Skills have up to a [15-25]% chance to grant 4 Spirit. Your base Storm Skills are now also Werewolf Skills.
Unsung Ascetic’s WrapsGlovesLightning Storm gains one additional strike each time it grows. Lightning Storm Critical Strikes cause lightning to strike twice, dealing 10-20% increased damage.
Vasily’s PrayerHelmYour Earth Skills are now also Werebear Skills and Fortify you for [0-36].
Waxing GibbousAxeGain Stealth for 2 seconds when killing enemies with Shred. Breaking Stealth with an attack grants Ambush which guarantees Critical Strikes for [1.0-2.5] seconds.

All Necromancer Unique items and abilities in Diablo 4

Black RiverScytheCorpse Explosion consumes up to 4 additional Corpses around the initial Corpse, dealing [122-130]% increased damage and with a [21-25]% larger radius per additional Corpse.
Blood Artisan’s CuirassChest ArmorWhen you pick up [5-10] Blood Orbs, a free Bone Spirit is spawned, dealing bonus damage based on your current Life percent.
Blood Moon BreechesPantsYour Minions have a 3-7% chance to curse enemies. The enemies affected by at least one of your curses take 70% [x] (multiplicative damage) increased Overpower damage from you.
Bloodless ScreamTwo-Handed ScytheYour Darkness Skills Chill enemies for up to 40%. Lucky Hit: Your Darkness Skills have up to a 100% chance to generate [7-10] additional Essence against Frozen targets.
Deathless VisageHelmBone Spear leaves behind echoes as it travels that explode, dealing [11-3,448] damage.
Deathspeaker’s PendantAmuletBlood Surge casts a mini nova on your Minions, dealing [4-1,361] damage. Damage is increased by 10% per target drained by the initial cast, up to 50%.
Greaves of the Empty TombBootsCreate desecrated ground beneath your Sever spectres as they travel, damaging enemies for [12-3,811] Shadow damage over 2 seconds.
Howl From BelowGlovesInstead of detonating immediately, Corpse Explosion summons a Volatile Skeleton that charges at a random enemy and explodes, Corpse Explosion’s damage is increased by [30-40]%.
Lidless WallShieldLucky Hit: While you have an active Bone Storm, hitting an unaffected enemy has a [5-25]% chance to spawn an additional storm at their location. Each of your active Sacrifice bonuses increases the chance by 25% and the total additional Bone Storms you can have by +1.
Mutilator PlateUnknownYou’re Blood Lanced, and when Blood Lance would deal damage to you it instead Fortifies you for 1-2% of your Maximum Life and has a 5% chance to form a Blood Orb. Blood Lance deals 10-20%[x] increased damage.
Ring of MendelnRingWhile you have 7 or more Minions you gain: Lucky Hit: Up to a 10% chance to empower all of your Minions, causing the next attack from each to explode for [120-36,291] Physical damage.

All Rogue Unique items and abilities in Diablo 4

Asheara’s KhanjarDaggerHits with this weapon increase your Attack Speed by [4.0-6.0]% for 4 seconds, up to [20.0-30.0]%.
Beastfall BootsBootsWhen you cast an Ultimate skill, your next Core skill consumes all of your energy and deals 0.5-1.5% increased damage per Energy consumed. Using a Cooldown restores five energy.
CondemnationDaggerYour Core Skills deal [20-40]% increased damage when spending 3 Combo Points. Your Basic Skills using this weapon have a 30% chance to generate 3 Combo Points.
Cowl of the NamelessHelmYou gain [15-25]% increased Lucky Hit Chance against Crowd Controlled enemies.
EaglehornBowPenetrating Shot has a [30-80]% chance to fire an arrow that bounces off walls and scenery. Hitting enemies from behind with Penetrating Shot will make them Vulnerable for 3 seconds.
Eyes in the DarkPantsUnless it hits a Boss or Player, Death Trap will continue to re-arm itself until it kills an enemy. However, Death Trap’s Cooldown is increased by [15-25]%.
Grasp of ShadowGlovesLucky Hit: Damaging a Vulnerable enemy with a Marksman or Cutthroat Skill has up to a [24-34]% chance to summon a Shadow Clone that mimics your attack.
Scoundrel’s LeathersChestWhile you have unlimited Energy from Inner Sight, your Core Skills have a 60-80% chance to spawn Caltrops, Poison Trap, or Death Trap.
SkyhunterBowThe first direct damage you deal to an enemy is a guaranteed Critical Strike. If you had maximum stacks of the Precision Key Passive when you cast the Skill, gain [20-30] Energy, this can only happen once per cast.
WindforceBowLucky Hit: Hits with this weapon have up to a [10-20]% chance to deal double damage and Knock Back the target.
Word of HakenAmuletYour Rain of Arrows is always Imbued with all Imbuements at once.

All Sorcerer Unique items and abilities in Diablo 4

Blue RoseRingLucky Hit: Damaging an enemy has up to a 30% chance to form an exploding Ice Spike, dealing 0.25-0.35 Cold damage. The chance triples if the enemy is Frozen.
Esadora’s Overflowing CameoAmuletUpon collecting Crackling Energy, there’s a 15% chance to release a lightning nova, dealing [12-3,629] Lightning damage.
Esu’s HeirloomBootsYour Critical Strike Chance is increased by [20-30]% of your Movement Speed bonus.
FlamescarWandWhile Channeling Incinerate, you periodically shoot embers that are attracted to enemies, each dealing [8-2,722] Fire damage.
Gloves of the IlluminatorGlovesFireball now bounces as it travels, exploding each time it hits the ground, but its explosion deals [55-65]% less damage.
Iceheart BraisPantsEnemies that die while Frozen have a [11-20]% chance to unleash a Frost Nova.
Raiment of the InfiniteChest ArmorAfter using Teleport, Close enemies are Pulled to you and Stunned for [2.0-3.0] seconds, but Teleport’s Cooldown is increased by 20%.
Staff of Endless RageStaffEvery 3rd cast of Fireball launches 2 additional projectiles.
Staff of Lam EsenStaffCharged Bolts pierce, but deal [25-35]% less damage.
Starfall CoronetHelmMeteor now has two charges and an 11-6 second Charge Cooldown instead of a Mana cost and drops three additional meteors around the target. Meteor’s Enchantment effect and Enhanced Meteor drop one additional meteor.
The OculusWandGain the effect of the Teleport Enchantment for free. When you Evade using Teleport Enchantment you are taken to a random location.
